This vintage souvenir travel shield charm is for Portofino, a small Italian fishing village and tourist resort located in the province of Genoa on the Italian Riviera. It features a version of the village's coat of arms. The harbor of Portofino is considered to be among the most beautiful Mediterranean ports and has even been recreated in stupendous detail around the 'harbor' at Tokyo DisneySea in China, Japan (and to a much lesser extent, the Portofino Bay Resort at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida).
